Here's the simple version: We help you make more money. In exchange, you commit to sharing a small percentage of the increase — not your existing profit, only the new margin our platform helps create. That contribution first covers the discounted price you paid for the software. The rest is donated to causes that bring hope to the hopeless. You keep the vast majority. Everyone wins.

Baseline

When you enroll, we establish your current gross profit margin using three numbers from your accounting system. That's your starting line.

You use ResellerOS to quote faster, register more deals, capture rebates, and run leaner operations. Your margin improves — because the platform is built to make that happen.

At year-end, 10% of the margin improvement is contributed to a charitable fund. Platform fees you've already paid are deducted first. The net flows to vetted charitable partners. You receive a tax deduction for the charitable portion.

As your margins compound year over year against a fixed baseline, the charitable impact grows automatically — without changing any terms. More customers on the platform means more margin unlocked across the ecosystem, and more resources flowing to where they're needed most.

You retain 90% of the improvement. The 10% covers your software and funds the mission — from money you wouldn't have had.

How Operating in the Margins Works

Pay 50% upfront

Your access fee is half the standard license. QuoteAI starts at $900/user/yr (vs. $1,800 standard). Margin Suite at $1,800/user/yr (vs. $3,600 standard).

Platform delivers margin improvement

ResellerOS tracks your gross profit baseline. Every dollar of margin improvement above baseline is measured automatically via ROSConnect integration.

Share 10% of margin improvement

10% of your measured GP improvement flows monthly. ResellerOS first recovers the equivalent of a standard license — only then does charitable surplus flow to the PhilanthroShip Impact Fund.

Surplus goes to communities in need

Once ResellerOS has recovered standard-license-equivalent revenue from your margin-share, all additional surplus flows to the PhilanthroShip Donor-Advised Fund — tax-deductible for your organization.
